JitterBlast Fitness uses high-energy moves from Swing dances likes Lindy Hop and Charleston, with some classic hollywood dance moves thrown in. If you’ve thoughts about trying a Les Mills gym class, or just like good ol’ fashioned aerobics dancing… then you’ll love JitterBlast!

What to wear: Comfy gym clothes, runners or supportive shoes, some water and a towel.
Who can come: Everyone! Come solo, or bring a group friends! No partner or previous dance experience required – just your willingness to have fun!
What can I expect: The class will explore three styles of 1920s and 30s jazz dancing, broken down into steps, then put together into sequences, which is danced at a slow, medium and fast tempos.
